One for the thumb!

The Steelers won the SuperBowl tonight! There's not much more to say, except that it's a good night to be a Pittsburgher.

I am sitting here wearing the black and gold team colors (including a recently purchased T-shirt), swelling with pride for the home team. The next week in town is bound to be full of rehashings of the game, a big parade and various other festivities, but right now I'm tired and plan to get ready for bed as soon as I sign off.

So, Steelers, I'm glad you got your one for the thumb (fifth SuperBowl win) and I'm glad that Pittsburgh is getting its moment in the sun. Yay, team!
